1. Remove inner strip from collar and discard.
2. Fasten collar around cat’s neck by inserting tip into buckle.
3. For proper fit, place two fingers between collar and cat’s neck.
4. Adjust and remove excess length.

For Kittens: Loosen the collar as the cat grows bigger.
