Each Gullet Bite can range from 1"-5", and the shapes will vary from a straight, flat, braided, or twisted shape. These are the leftover gullet pieces that didn't meet our specs for our 6" Gullet Sticks, Strips, and Braids, so we cannot guarantee which shape you will receive. There are 16 oz of assorted Gullet Bite shapes in each resealable bag.
